Code to Image turns a snippet into a shareable picture. Type or paste code straight onto the canvas, and it is coloured as you type with real editor themes, inside a window with your file name on top.

How it works

  1. Paste your snippet onto the card, or type over the sample.
  2. Pick the language from the dropdown so the colours match the syntax.
  3. Click the wand to auto-format it, then choose a syntax theme in the right panel.
  4. Pick a backdrop and a shadow, then export PNG or JPEG.

Which languages can it auto-format?

JavaScript, TypeScript, JSX, CSS, SCSS, HTML, JSON, Markdown, YAML and GraphQL are fully reformatted. Every other language gets its indentation and spacing tidied.
